YOGA CLASS

Twisted Yoga, lead by Amanda Hardwick

Saturday, March 30 at 10am

 

This will be a slow flow yoga class. We will focus on stretching, breathing, and holding beginner poses. This class is meant to relax yet uplift you. You will soothe your mind-body while strengthening your brain-muscle connection.

The sun salutations will be the perfect way to greet your day while the stretching and breathing will release your tensions to put you in a good mood, so you can enjoy the rest of the festival to the fullest.

Saturday, March 30th from 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM at Givhans Ferry State Park

 

Trip Time

Approximately 3-4 Hours this includes time for a lunch break. We will be starting the paddle at

10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

 

Additional Info

This trip will be a meet up and not an officially guided trip. Paddlers of all skill levels are welcome to attend. We will have kayaks for rent for those that need them. The price for rentals is $35.00 per boat (includes shuttle) or $10.00 per person shuttle only.

bike ride

at CommonHouse Aleworks Beer House in the Pavilion on the river

 

Additional Info

The Charleston Bluegrass Festival and CHS Beer Riders are hosting a group bike ride departing at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, March 30th. All ages are welcome. Participants will gather at the Common House Aleworks beer House pavilion by the river for the ride.

Begin your day of Bluegrass with a delightful combination of Bikes and Beer! Join us for a relaxed ride along nearby roads (watch out for cars) for a 30-mile journey at around 15 mph.

Upon our safe return, let's swiftly get back to enjoying some bluegrass tunes.

Please RSVP and remember to bring along your helmet, water, and a bike in good working condition.
